Foot pain treatment

Shoes should have plenty of room at the toe area and not be cramped. It may be beneficial to add on a half size to ensure your feet and toes have plenty of room to breathe and move around.

It is important to have shoes which are made for the type of sport you are doing and not to have simply one pair of all round trainers.

If you suffer regularly from this it may be advised to purchase cushioning or pads to relieve the pressure placed. These are available at most podiatrists or larger chemists.
